We all naturally moved down this way because we fell in love with the 30A lifestyle. We've all been very successful with our previous business backgrounds and take those skills and experiences to work with our clients. Blake is a real estate professional who has been in and around real estate most of his life.  He comes from two lineages of builders and developers and entered into the industry with a shovel in hand at the age of 14.  Blake has a diverse background, from running a million-dollar financial services practice at Merrill Lynch that managed families’ personal net worth, to private lending with high net worth individuals for the purposes of real estate financing.  Formally, he has a degree in finance and portfolio management and an MBA with an emphasis in finance.  This background helps Blake not only understand the luxury market, but how a home, or second residence fits into the financial picture from an investment perspective and how real estate works towards building a legacy.  Blake enjoys the challenge of every transaction while examining the details to represent his client’s best interest.
